Train for the fitness event of a lifetime! Our DEKA 8-Week Training Camp at 📍AMFAM Chester starts 📅 August 5th with Certified Personal Trainer Kelvin Moats! This semi-private group is designed to help you prepare you for the DEKA Event in Mechanicsville on September 26th, which is a Spartan Race consisting of 10 exercises that will test your athleticism and drive. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
