I am incredibly sad to report that CRUSH will be closing the end of July.

We recognize that without the support and loyalty of all of you we could never have held out this long. I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for your love, support and amazing energy.

I'd also like to thank our amazing instructors who give their all each and every class- truly rock stars and amazing people.

This has been the most incredible journey. We have made lifelong friends and the best memories!! Absolutely no regrets!

Join Chris tonight for Crush and Run at 6:00pm!!

The class will be the normal 45 minute spin class for those only interested in spinning. Then there will be an optional 30-45 minute run outside after class. This is open to all fitness levels and walkers or joggers.
