Just want to take a moment to say thank you to all of those in this community 🙏
Past, present & future.

Last weekend we got to celebrate friendship, connection and a passion to find a little
bit of peace in this world 🌎

This journey actually started years before The Zen Den was born. Some of us have been together for over 11 years when I was just a baby teaching something I stumbled onto that changed my life.
Yoga was the last thing I would ever have
guessed would be my life but, now, after all
of these years, I couldn't imagine where I
would be without it.

This week is our Friday morning
class: 'Deep Stretch'
(also, formally known as 'Yoga with Props)

This class creates a deep stretch using a wide array of yoga props & tools. You can expect to leave feeling like you just stepped out of a full body massage 💆‍♀️

Open to all-levels.
No experience or equipment needed.
No signing up ahead, just show up.
