SportsFit works with adventure, endurance, and outdoor athletes in order to get an understanding of what the need and desire of each athlete(s) is. Athletes can work with fitness trainers, watch dvd's, attend group exercise training, or work on their own, but each athlete is different and necessary guidance by an expert sport coach in order to devise the right plan, give nutritional tips, monitor
