Hooped our little hearts out last night ~ 5:30 was a success even on a bitterly cold evening.
We worked on really feeling where the hoop is connected to you, finding and working with the hoop no matter where it is on the waist. Also~ hand hooping and shared how how to kick/swoop the hoop to your foot while stationary.
I dropped the weekly cardio hoop move which is hooping on the waist while activating speed bag arms - both directions.
All the fun! All grown women! No judgement ~ lots of dance.

I'm back!!
It takes a village to survive. I am thankful to have survived the fall. Thankful to have her help to guide me back to me. This is the beauty of flow.

What are some things that make you happy?
Heres a few of mine:
A day of adventuring.
Singing and dancing.
Making others smile.
Helping others believe in themselves.
A good meal with great beer and conversation.
Puppies...
Honestly what makes me happiest is seeing others happy regardless of their circumstances. Getting up everyday and choosing happy rather than the alternative.
It's a hard thing to do.
If you're not happy. What's stopping you?
Are you overworked?
Is it depression? anxiety?
poor coping skills?
lack of confidence?
We all battle those feels... its just most of us are too scared to openly admit it without fear of judgment.
How do you turn it around?
I dare you to do one thing with intent today that makes you happy. See how it makes you feel.
