The weather changed.
The workouts didn't.
F3 Cheyenne is out here three mornings a week — rain, shine, cold, heat — because the men next to us are counting on us to show up. And because every morning we do, we're a little better than we were the day before.
If you've been watching and you haven't come out yet — summer is the time.
Free. Outdoors. Open to all men. Come find us. f3cheyenne.com

F3 Cheyenne doesn't exist in a vacuum.
A huge thank you to Alyse Pfankuch for sitting down with us and having one of the most honest conversations we've had about leadership, purpose, and what it means to build something worth passing down. If you haven't listened yet, link is in our bio.
And to the organizations doing the real work in Cheyenne; the Unaccompanied Students Initiative, Meals On Wheels of Cheyenne, and Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County, thank you for letting us be a small part of what you do.
And to every PAX who showed up, you built this. We're proud of what F3 Cheyenne is becoming.
The gloom awaits.

F3 Cheyenne is running a Memorial Day Murph on Monday, May 25th.
For the uninitiated — the Murph is a hero WOD named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. It's 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run — all in honor of the men and women who gave everything.
You can scale it. You can partition it. You just have to show up.
6am at Cahill Park
Always free. Bring your respect and your effort.

PAX Spotlight: Oscar
Meet Bryce. Family man, teacher and someone who brings creativity and heart to the group.
"Having a group to hold you accountable matters. In our society we live so comfortably it can feel oddly enjoyable to build in some constructed obstacles including the weather Wyoming throws out. Shared community in stories of snow workouts or a tough one. If I miss a workout now my day feels incomplete."
"I love the phrase free to lead. So often in life we expect to wait for permission, a job title, or recognition first. F3 expects you to step into leading workouts... Earn it not expect it. "
That's F3 Cheyenne. Come find out what it does for you.
Always Free. f3cheyenne.com

The workout gets us out the door. But this is what keeps us coming back.
Since F3 Cheyenne started, we've done a Turkey Ruck for the Unaccompanied Students Initiative every Thanksgiving — buying groceries, loading up our rucks, and hauling them five miles to kids who need it. We've led the hike for Meals on Wheels. We're showing up for Habitat for Humanity this summer.
This is the third F. Faith , not a denomination, but a decision to serve something greater than yourself.
F3 is free. The community gets it all for free too.

This is the one that stuck with us most.
"My legacy is my kids. So what am I doing to leave them a bigger, better world for them to live in; and for them to hopefully continue improving upon." — Sparrow
That's what F3 is about. Not just the workout. Not just the guys. Building something that outlasts the morning.

This is what showing up looks like.
No gym. No machines. No spectators. Just a group of men who decided to get out of bed when it was dark and go do something hard together.
F3 Cheyenne posts Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays across three locations in Cheyenne. Every workout is free. Every man is welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
