Well, it finally happened. A client asked me to generate a proposal for how they can leverage AI in the problems we’re solving. It’s hitting the consulting world hard, and we need to be prepared to run successful AI projects. If you’ve been following the AI hype, you know everyone’s jumping on the bandwagon—but not all projects are hitting the mark!

🚀 Why Are Big Consulting Firms Failing at Generative AI? Here’s the Real Scoop! 🤖

AI is everywhere right now, but here’s the reality: according to Gartner, a whopping 80% of AI initiatives in 2023 didn’t meet their goals. Boston Consulting Group says 70% flopped due to bad data and lack of collaboration, and O’Reilly reports only 26% make it beyond the pilot stage! Ouch. 😬
