At Wyoming Whirlwind, we are a contractual volleyball club. What does that mean?

It means that every parent, player, coach and the club enters into an agreement that outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and standards that help our club operate successfully. A contract is not simply a piece of paper—it is a commitment to the team, the club, and one another.

We believe that dedication, accountability, and commitment are essential to building a strong volleyball program. By entering into a contract, all participants understand their role and agree to uphold the standards that create a positive, productive, and respectful environment.

Our contracts are designed to protect everyone involved while ensuring fairness and consistency across the club. When individuals honor their commitments, our athletes, families, and coaches can focus on growth, development, and success.

Unfortunately, there are times when someone chooses not to uphold their end of the agreement. When that happens, the club must address the situation according to the terms of the contract. While these decisions are not always popular, they are necessary to maintain the integrity of the program and ensure that expectations are applied consistently to everyone.

We are committed to running a smooth, effective, and professional club. Holding all members accountable to the same standards helps us create a culture built on trust, respect, commitment, and excellence.

This is our highest level of competition, designed for athletes who are serious about their development and willing to commit to the work required to compete at an elite level.

We are looking for athletes who:
✔️ Compete with intensity
✔️ Embrace coaching and accountability
✔️ Show resilience when challenged
✔️ Have a relentless work ethic
✔️ Are committed to improving every day

A National Team roster spot is earned, not given. Talent may get you noticed, but attitude, effort, consistency, and commitment are what separate athletes from competitors.

This is an 8-month commitment that demands dedication both on and off the court. We are seeking players who want to be pushed, who are willing to sacrifice for their goals, and who are ready to compete against high-level opponents.
