Good day on the plains. 🥩 🙏

I went out on this trip to create an awesome memory with my boy. We had a lot of laughs, and deep conversations. Everyone wants to shoot a big bull, and I’m super guilty of that, but this hunt was different. My focus was teaching my son some lifelong skills and a few curse words that we won’t repeat to his mom 😉. When we came upon this bull, a slew of emotions were running through my mind. “Should I pass for a bigger one?” Is my son safe? What’s he thinking? Is he scared or nervous?” All of those thoughts quickly disappeared when right before I squeezed the trigger, I looked back at him, and he had this astonished look on his face. Such wonderment and excitement twinkled in his eyes, and I knew right then and there this bull was meant for us. When the bull dropped and all of the hugs and high fives were over, we kneeled down next to this animal and gave thanks. This bull’s sacrifice has filled my heart and mind with lifelong memories. This is a hunt I’ll never forget!

Looking forward to a repair of his non typical side! Grass is getting long and they’re getting harder to find!!

The reason for the season!

I'm so happy that I still get to enjoy the great outdoors with the man that introduced me to this incredible lifestyle.

Gotta love a big 3 point.
