Hello- "my name is Samantha! I’m from Aurora Co, currently finishing up my bachelor's degree at UW in communications and a double minor in marketing and economics. You can always find me at the gym because it is how I destress and reset after a long week. I chose to work at Fitness 307 because of the friendly atmosphere and how happy everyone is. It definitely inspires me to show up everyday and build lasting relationships. Whether you're in school and looking to expand your friend group or you have a full-time job and you want to build your strength, or you want to stay healthy as you get older, you have a place here at Fitness 307 and we'd love to see you!"

It’s been five years—five years of pure dedication. Five years of what? Streaking!
Our incredible members, Jan and Tim, have walked at least one mile every single day for over half a decade. Not one missed day. Not one broken streak. That makes them official streakers, and the discipline behind that commitment is nothing short of inspiring.
The whole challenge began when our instructor, Sarah Oman, threw down a double‑dog dare. Five years later, Jan and Tim are still going strong… and Sarah openly admits she didn’t last long. If you need motivation, ask them about the toughest day they pushed through to keep the streak alive. Their stories are worth hearing.
A couple of fun facts:
- Tim is Sarah’s dad—and he’s in his 80s!
- Jan is now so involved at the gym that she alternates teaching Squat Friday at 11:10 a.m., alongside Allegra (not pictured). Come join the fun!�.
Remember: discipline equals freedom. Your future self will be grateful for the choices you make today.

2025 Group Class Schedule - All classes at the East location only. Thank you loyal members for all the support!
Please note there are new classes:
Monday, 9am with Sarah O, called “Back To Basics”. This class is for the beginner who is new to the gym, looking to understand basic movements in a class environment, in the room or, who would like a simple work out that is easy to follow. Participants will use dumbbells or just use body weight to get their bodies moving and blood pumping! All fitness levels and ages are welcome to attend.
The WOD with Jen on Tuesday & Thursday @ 11:15. Wednesday & Friday @ 12:15.
New yoga instructor, Lori, on Thursday evenings at 5:30.

“Doing the twist on a Tuesday morning!... ummm, that is, the Pilates Spine Twist, guided by Pilates instructor, Lucy Link. Lucy has been a Pilates instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. Her Pilates classes at Fitness 307 are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00, and Sunday afternoons at 2:00. Lucy is passionate about her work and takes time to get to know, and carefully instruct and guide, her students and clients so that they strengthen the links that create their best life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.”
