We start with positional training, putting ourselves in difficult situations and learning to solve problems under pressure.
Then come the rounds where technique, grit, and composure are tested against resistance.

The goal is simple, become a little harder to submit, a little harder to break, and a little better than you were yesterday.

Nothing flashy. Just honest work on the mats with people committed to the same pursuit.
