All of our morning classes are at 12pm
Our Youth Jiu Jitsu is Tuesdays & Thursday 5pm
And Starting tonight at 730pm is our Kickboxing Classes.

Had an incredible time coaching and watching these guys compete today. Everyone did outstanding and looking forward to our next tournament together as a team.
