Mt Boho! ❄️ 🏂 January’26

Current physique at the moment. Lean bulked up for winter but currently in the process of shredding up a bit more. Usually during this time of year my body likes to hold onto more fat due to eating a bit more and not being able to get outside at all. No big deal. In a good place to start peaking out for the season around this summer

2026 fitness goals. More muscle, less fat. And more consistency in my nutrition. This past year wrapping up 2025 I’ve had to put fitness a bit on the back burner due to life as well as flying. Hence why I haven’t been posting as much. This year that is going to change and I’m going to ramp up the training considerably as well as get the diet back to where it needs to be. Let’s get it!

Some sunsets and some flying pics in 2025. Although a lot more adventures were had than were not photographed. I can safely say I’ve covered the entire state of Wisconsin and beyond in an airplane this year.

Current fasted physique around 177lbs. The cut is pretty much done at this point with a goal of maintaining this look through the fall. really small changes made to the diet and cardio over a period of about 2 months or so leads to dropping about 10lbs of fat without losing muscle.

Current physique lifting about 2-3 times per week.

Haven’t posted much fitness updates due to my pursuit of a professional pilot career and have been more interested in flying than lifting.

The good news is that if you instill good habits and a build a good baseline physique; that physique and muscle is yours to keep indefinitely as long as you maintain it…. Which takes about half the amount of volume / frequency you used to train to get the muscle initially.

2024 in review.

Definitely a memorable and eventful year in good and bad ways. Started off last year kind of in a rut. I had just exited a 5 year tech sales career that I went to college for and was kind of in limbo for a while working odd jobs as well as modeling to pay the bills. Overall didn’t feel like I was going anywhere in life and I was behind. It wasn’t until April last year when I started to make some real changes and pursue a more valuable skill for the long term.

Made some sacrifices which including selling pretty much all of my assets I had at the time as well as moving away from my girlfriend to enter a long distance relationship for 6 months to pursue aviation. Going into 2025 I’m much more pleased with my life trajectory. There’s still a lot of work to be done but the greatest accomplishment(s) of this year is by far getting my priorities in order, obtaining my pilots rating on track to a commercial certificate, and finally closing the gap on my long distance relationship and moving in with my beautiful girlfriend .moore
