3 days of sailing in the book. New main, new crew, same old May variety of weather.

Crew put in an incredible effort away from family and friends for majority of a holiday weekend. Awesome job.

Lots learned, lots to do. Back at it in two weeks.

In slip, starting sailing prep. Something at top of mast, wait it’s Rod!

Late start to let rain and wind subside but on our way. It’s not as warm as it looks 20 miles off shore.

Threading the needle and mast sorted out. Boat floating in slip and waiting for weather window for 80 mile delivery to home. Chicago decided to have Bruno Mars play at the harbor for arrival.

Mast ready, boat outside. Tomorrow it’s all happening. (Whoever is in charge, no wind and plus twenty degrees would be nice)

One week to launch. Mast outside to be built tomorrow, boat soon after for much needed deck wash and bottom prep. It’s all happening…
