Experience the Energy, Rhythm, and Tradition of West African Dance with Shakeena President-Beckford, Rehearsal Director of Muntu Dance Theatre. This high energy West African dance class draws from traditional movement, live rhythm culture, and deep rooted West African dance traditions that build coordination, confidence, and cultural connection.

Whether you’re new to African dance or experienced in diasporic movement, this class welcomes teens and adults of all levels.
