3 months and 50 classes later, Anthony from @otfthirdward knows he’s found the real deal with coaches who practice what they preach. Coaches who walk the walk instead of just talking the talk. “The coaches know what you can accomplish during your workout and will push you when they know that you can go the extra .1-.3 mph faster, lift that extra 5 pounds on your goblet squat, or shave that extra :01-:03 off your 500 meter rowing split time.”From Day 1 to now, Orangetheory has integrated seamlessly into Anthony’s routine and truly given him more life. For Sayo fitness is about CHOICE. When you step into class and she greets you at the door, you choose to leave everything but the workout outside of the studio. The second that playlist starts and the mic🎤 is plugged in, you choose to take control of your life, your health, and your day. You choose to celebrate 🎉 your progress and not become bogged down with concepts of “perfection”. And above all else, you choose yourself.

Pop up class! You don't want to miss this
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
