I am Kristin King and I have a passion for helping and healing others, especially busy moms that are constantly pouring into the lives of others they care about and consequently not having time to take care of themselves. I am a mom myself and I know this is what I wished for most when going through post partum pain and even when trying to get back into the gym once my kids were older. This is why I want to make it as easy as possible for you. I am able to come to you in your home and help you get well and reach your goals. I am offering this special discount for new clients. Has anyone told you lately that you are doing a good job? That YOU are a great mom? You DON’T have to be perfect to be a great mom. Some days you might lose your cool, or forget something, or mess up in some way. That is OK. Just keep trying to do better the next day and the next day. You are here with them, and just by being there, you are doing a good job.

This is the same for life…

In this picture I was in the best shape of my life! I was the best looking, I had no kids, I was going out all the time to “have fun,” and I had lots of people around me who wanted to be my “friend.” However, in this moment, I was miserable and had never felt so alone. I had just gotten a divorce, I hated who I was inside, and I was so ashamed, I thought God didn’t want anything to do with the likes of me.

I had been chasing all of the things that are supposed to make you happy. Beauty, a great body, attractive mates, money, travel, but there was still a huge God sized hole in my heart.

I have been slowly learning that if God is not the center of your life, all of the rest of it doesn’t matter and it doesn’t work. The best part of all this is, He was still there waiting for me with open arms and love to come back to him. It doesn’t matter what you have done, He still loves you.

So if you feel like you have messed up too much, I am here to tell you! That is NOT true! It’s a lie you are allowing to take over. It’s NEVER too late to change your life, find true love, be a good mom, and find God’s love. Don’t give up.
