**Congratulations to Nico Espinosa on signing his first professional contract!**

Nico joined Berber City HS at just 17 years old and quickly became an important part of our club. At 18, he helped our U23 squad win the Illinois State Cup, showing the quality, work ethic, and commitment that have defined his journey.

In Spring 2026, Nico stepped into an even bigger leadership role as co-captain of our UPSL team under Coach Amine. His growth as both a player and a leader has been incredible to watch.

We are extremely proud of Nico and grateful to have been part of his development. This is a well-earned opportunity, and we cannot wait to watch him continue his journey at the professional level. Congratulations, Nico—Berber City is behind you all the way!
