Remembering this joint and how we had dances with Hip Hop back then, using our bodies for expression...
Then it dawned on me that we recently lost Stezo to Congestive Heart Failure, he was 52.
Us people in Hip Hop (everyone else) need take better care of ourselves! We are losing Hip Hop pioneers way too soon due to poor health.
Please, eat a healthy diet, exercise, and pray and meditate... Your life DOES depend on it. 🙏🏾
