I have a secret for all of you ๐คซ
And it has nothing to do with the next nutritonal tip or best exercise to hit your bicepsโฆ
It has nothing to do with the best supplement on the market right now
And it most certainly has nothing to do with insane calorie restriction
If you are in a place right now that you no longer want to be in with your finances, health, etc..
What have you done to change your situation?
If the answer is nothing, itโs time to wake up
If I ask you the definition of insanity, what would you say?
My definition is this: doing the same things over and over again while expecting a different result
So how do you change your situation?
CHANGE YOUR ACTIONS!
When are you going to realize that no one is going to save you?
Everyone has their own lives to live
So unless you step up and take some real action, stop living in a fairytale.
Start taking responsibility for your bank account,
For your body,
And your LIFE.
Donโt know where to start?
There are plenty of resources out there that have achieved what you want
My suggestion is to seek them out and learn.
Skills and knowledge are the two things no one can ever take from you.
No matter how high the gas prices
Or the mortgage rates.

Do you remember the feeling when you got a new car? ๐
The pure excitement and joy you had driving in that carโฆ
Then after a few weeks it was just โanother carโ?
How many times has that happened with your fitness? ๐ค
You start off strong ๐ช๐ผ
And very hyper focused on your goal ๐คฉ
โIโm going stay dedicated so I can be fit for my vacation! ๐โ
Only to be a few weeks in and youโre already losing motivation ๐ช
The excitement wears down and we start to slipโฆ
How on earth do we stay motivated??
Here are two ways I recommend to stay motivated to follow through on your goals:

Remember and write down WHY you want to achieve that goal in the first place
Without a ๐ฏ itโs very easy for us to lose sight of a goal
โ
Focus on the process, not the result
If you only have the end result in mind, itโs hard to stay motivated simply because itโs overwhelming
Remember, there is no magic pill. Results take time, so stay in the fight and remain consistent ๐ค

Have you ever lost your patients? ๐ค
We can agree, we've been there. ๐๐ผ
Whether that's in traffic, or with a partner.
Or maybe it's with your lack of progress.
Developing patients took me a VERY long time to understand. โณ
I was the guy who wanted everything as quickly as possible. ๐จ
I expected things to happen in the snap of a finger. ๐ค๐ผ
And like most, when things didn't happen right away, I was disappointed. ๐
Frustrated. ๐ก
And I wanted to give up.
As I developed myself and my mind, I learned something. โ๏ธ
If you want to become something, you must practice that thing - DAILY.
So how did I develop a sense of patients? ๐ง
Society has conditioned us to take shortcuts, a quick fix. ๐๐ป
Rather than a long-term, permanent solution.
And that is not a realistic way to live. ๐ซ
So I did something about it. ๐ช๐ผ
I started focusing on DELAYED gratification, rather than instant. ๐๐ผ
I learned to appreciate the PROCESS, not the result.
I understand REAL results take time, and my mindset is delayed. ๐
I no longer chase a quick fix. โ๏ธ
Because when you do, that problem will always be there.
No matter how much you push it out of the headlights. ๐ฆ
Focus on the long-term result, and watch your life change.

๐จ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ๐จ
When Brandon came to me in late January, he struggled with staying motivated in the gym ๐ด
