Thank you kickboxers for showing up in the cold and and working hard! I think it’s safe to say we heated things up bc it was a very sweaty great time. 😂

😴Sleep!😴 We know it's important...but it's really hard for some of us to get enough of it! 🛏️
If you feel low energy throughout the day, run out of steam quickly during your workouts, or feel like you aren't gaining strength from your training, lack of sleep could be holding you back!
I notice a huge difference in how I perform in both workouts and every day life when I really work at getting enough sleep. It's not easy but it's worth it!

If you've been wanting to try kickboxing this is a great opportunity to get started-our SWEATFEST fam is super welcoming and encouraging! If you're an advanced kickboxer this is a great place to work on technique and conditioning-the class is put together so everyone can go at their own pace ❤️🔥
