Stepping into a new season and couldn’t be more excited about it!! ✨✨✨
Just reopened my FB group accountability group and we are going to be jumping into a new program in a few weeks. Right now I am focused on 18k steps a day. I am someone that likes to go big 😂….but I also won’t beat myself up if I don’t get there. 😉 Baby steps are good steps. Just get started.

Water is amazing on so many levels! Do you drink a lot of it? Personally I am still working on it! :) Having pretty water bottles help 🩷
If we want to hold higher levels of frequency and creation as well as getting fit water is a requirement. 💓

Just turned 52 this month. Certainly don’t feel over 50 but AGE is just a number. :)
Hormones and weight gain has been a midlife feat. Fitness is now more than EVER a commitment I am making to myself. For myself. 🙌
I did a body building comp at 49 and saw how the body is capable of transforming in a short time. 🔥 Strength training for the win! 🥇

Another year around the SUN. Staying committed to my fitness is everything.
When I crossed 50 so many things with my body changed so adjustments being made and compound hormones added. A little Renova and Botox as well. A lot more MOVEMENT bc my midsection has just taken on a life of its own.
It is so important for us to do it for ourselves but it also helps to have a COMMUNITY. ♥️
There are a few of us holding each other accountable if you want in let’s go!

So excited to be here in this New Year and especially stepping into FEBRUARY, my favorite! I have been jumping between accounts and businesses. HAPPY CEO is now my business and podcast home. I love supporting women in all aspects of their lives, one big one being health.
Let’s talk midlife and menopause….WTF ***
No one prepped me for this. My middle has expanded in ways I wouldn’t think possible and nothing changed with eating or fitness. The hormones, lack of sleep…..etc……
I have done research, listened to podcasts, bought books. The BEST thing I can do for me is step back into a daily movement routine. MIXING it UP.
My birthday is a week from today.
I’m ready to get my body back to where it’s comfortable and wants to be. I also want my strength back and I know it’s more important than ever!! Osteo baseline coming soon. I do remember when my mom hit menopause she had drastic bone loss. She also was diagnosed with early onset ALZ.
All of this so close to my heart!
Anyone else feeling me here and ready to make a positive change? Whatever you reasons…….

Who’s ready for an UPLEVEL? 🖤✔️
I am shifting my fitness from the morning to mid-day as a reward moving forward. The morning is when I am the most creative and this year I headed to the gym and stacked ….not just weights but while I was hitting it on the treadmill I would do all my social media posts for my multiple businesses. Which now in reflection probally means I wasn’t pushing myself AND I certainly wasn’t giving myself that time to just BE.
I’m so excited to really step into my fitness with intention bc I have big business goals this year. Fitness keeps my energy high and brain clear.
Menopause has kicked my ass this past year and I am done. ;) Will be on a journey to move my body back to where it wants to be.

FOR YEARSSS, I worked out bc I wanted 'ABS' and was really just focused on a better body! As I have gotten older…..it’s changed. Now don’t get me wrong, I still want to be super strong and to have abs!! But what I also know is it’s extremely healing. Working out moves STUCK energy in our body! And emotions and energy in motion! So this is one of the best things you can do to set your self up for mental success! Cherry on top you get a great body to boot! ;)
When I work out I also listen to some form of personal development in my ears! This is called stacking. I love to compound things for time management!
Once you SWITCH your mindset to going to the gym is for you to FEEL better in that it gives you more energy, you won’t be met with resistance. When we say we are going to WORK OUT, the word WORK can get in the way bc the mind thinks ‘well that sounds exhausting and you are already tired!’
Try flipping your mindset and let me know how it feels!
