Working on fat loss.

I’m 5’7” and 238lbs.

As you see in the vids, movement is not my strong suit. Joints HURT (I am on week 3 of BPC-157) and I want to get down to 205lbs for March tournaments.

I can bench 335lbs but if you ask me to do a push up, I can’t. I can’t explain how hard it is to even brace myself in a plank position due to the inflammation and pain. It’s literally from being fat.

Yes, 200mg of test cypionate weekly for those who wonder. That’s the only compound.

Wrestling over 51 means there is so much damn rust to knock off and it’s exhausting in the process!

How Sifu Phu influenced Wing Chun

BJJ is about to Change Forever!

I’m just seeing this now.

If you know Sifu Phu, the man is an absolute class act of a human being and an outstanding ambassador for martial arts. Send him your prayers and well wishes.

Hey fam!

We need your prayers.

Earlier today one of our Enter Shaolin family members who works with Sifu Phu called to let us know Sifu Phu was found unresponsive in his yard earlier this morning and was rushed to the hospital.

We were in shock and thanked him for letting us know. We prayed for our brother to be healed and to get the care he needs to recover fully.

We didn't get much done, as Sifu Phu weighed heavily on our minds.

We found out it appears he crashed on his electric unicycle while leaving to go to work; how or why we are not sure yet.

Thankfully, when he did not show up and no one at the office could reach him, they sent one of his co-workers out to make sure he was okay.

The hospital was able to stabilize him, though the next 48 hours are crucial, as he has head trauma and a brain bleed in several places. Thankfully, he has no brain swelling.

He also broke/fractured several spots around one of his eyes and sinus cavities, so he will need facial surgery at some point.

Sifu Phu is currently heavily sedated and on a ventilator.

I will keep you all up to date as we find out more.

For those who pray, keep those prayers coming!

19 Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst.”
