It really is a great job, our front-of-house associates earn usually between $18-$25 after tips, we pay up to $300 a month toward your healthcare premiums (health, dental, & vision for FT employees), parking benefits, food during your shifts, Christmas bonus, etc. It's a great job for someone who is looking to work hard and have fun! Winnie Mae got me this mug for Christmas and I have been drinking coffee from it non-stop, LOL! Happy Monday, friends! It took me a couple weeks to get excited for the new year … which is SO unlike me. I am an Enneagram 8 (wing 7), and I usually love fresh starts…I am super decisive, and love new ideas, planning, goals, resolutions, the works! Not this year, though. I think I am still recovering from 2019…it was a VERY hard year for me both professionally and personally. In 2020, I am approaching my goals for the new year differently than I ever have before. Did you know that as of February of 2019, less than 20% of small business owners were using email marketing in their business?
