We are starting a new training program. $5 dollar HIIT workouts. We will offer these classes between 4pm and 9pm. Every hour on the hour. They will run for 60 minutes and each class has the ability to burn up to a 1000 calories per client! It will be fullbody strength training, along with Cardio based movements, with biomechanically self aligning to help with abnormalities to build your body strong without risk to injuries.

Our Hiit classes run 10 times a day with 4 bootcamps as well. That's over 240 class times available a month for a monthly fee of only 79.00 dollars for all that access. Email or call us to try one of our classes for free!

The two biggest mistakes in a 20+ year
career training clients about their diet is 1. They never eat enough Fruits, Vegetables, Proteins.
2. Small more frequent meals is key.
Here is also a protip. If someone says say sugar in fruit is bad. Reverse engineer that comment. Is obesity because someone has eaten two many grapes. Be smart and simple. Keep things basic. Good foods without big meals!

Our gym had been up to date with all necessary cleanings relative to Covid-19. We support the policy of wearing masks as wll as encourage member to bring thier own gloves or use some that will be provided to you. Please workout and stay strong. Be healthy and encourage others to do so as well
