Lot of work for overall Shoulder health with the and face pulls. But plenty of room for muscle growth with everything else brings together a really well rounded pull day.

4 yrs after initial injury, 1.5 years after I actually started rehabbing myself, I finally decided to test my squat. Sitting at 315 for depth and absolutely no knee pain and I'm so happy with it! 405 up next

Adding a few sets of Archer Pushups onto the end of my push days as really helped my shoulder health, including strength, mobility, and stability! Who wants to learn how to do these?

Dec. 2020 vs August 2021. 8 months apart, the scale says the same number. If I just focused on this, it would be easy to be discouraged. Progress photos are so important. These photos show what is true, I am stronger, have more definition, and have made lots of progress. Lbs mean almost nothing--get it

P.S I still don't have good lighting or know how to pose

For the past 4 years, I couldn't Squat, even Body weight, because of my knees. This past year I finally took the time to rehab everything, and I am proud to say I am consistently repping 225 on my back Squat now with no pain! Sometimes it's worth it to take a step back in order to move forward.
