6 WAYS TO LIVE A MORE RELAXING LIFE

✔️Get better with time management

Ticking clock is what governs us. And if you can’t keep tab on that clock, you are most likely to be stressed. So time management skills become of vital importance if you want to keep the stress at bay. Have a purpose and a plan to complete it and you will be more punctual and disciplined in every task that you undertake, which ultimately will equate to a life of less stress.

✔️Think positive

Negative feelings can contribute a lot to stress. Compounding negative emotions can lead to the onset and ongoing depression essentially pulling you down every day. So start your day with positive affirmations. Write down all the things that you are grateful for.

✔️Avoid loneliness

Nothing is sadder and stressful then being lonely and having no one of share those fleeting moments of joy and sadness. Find people with whom you can share things. Volunteer at a library or thrift store. Sign up for Meet-ups in your city. Join a fitness class.

✔️Go to a comedy show

If you are stressed, grumpy or depressed, turn off the news and switch the channel to your favorite comedy show or movie. Better yet, grab a friend or relative to go out with you and attend something funny, whether it is a live comedic performance or a comedy movie at the theater. Just remember, laughter is the best medicine and it is free!

✔️Change your eating habits

Make every bite you take in during the day contributes positively to your body. Doing this will fill you up with relaxation and level-headedness while keeping the toxins at bay and help you avoiding misbalancing of chakras and mantras.

✔️Breathe

As natural as it is, deep breathing is potent therapy and one of the best ways to relax your mind and body. Take 10 minutes of self-care time every day to sit quietly in a comfortable spot and focus on your breathing. The longer and slower you make each breath, more relaxation you will experience.

At a very basic level, plant medicine means cleaning up your act in support of your newly upgraded self. Job, relationships, diet, habits, mindset—all these are up for transformation 🔄 in the weeks following ceremony.

A second aspect of integration involves shadow work. Plant medicine is a potent activator of the unconscious, bringing buried traumas, forgotten experiences, and rejected aspects of self to the light. We need methods for first tolerating, then working with and understanding these. Integration, in large part, is the process of absorbing and digesting this raw material; quite literally, incorporating it into your consciousness. 6 STEPS TO UPLIFTING DAILY SELF-CARE

▫️Keep a Sleep Schedule
Take time to consider if you’re getting enough sleep, typically between seven to nine hours, or even more if you want to treat yourself. Nothing quite helps us relax like sleeping, while we are sleeping our bodies get a chance to recharge and prepare for whatever life throws at us the next day. Try to implement and stick to a sleep schedule and remember to avoid caffeine, sugars, and bright lights before bed.

▫️Workout
Consider going for walks, either long or short walks whichever you prefer. Take the time to smell the fresh air, and feel the sun on your skin, it can work wonders on both your mind and body. For a more focused approach consider buying a gym, yoga, Pilates, or dance fitness membership and regularly visit to relieve stress, boost energy and tone the body. The boost in endorphins alone can give you the feeling of a whole new energized and happy you.

▫️Improve Ambiance
Try cleaning up around you, clean your sheets, clean up your desk, light a soft scented candle, buy some fresh flowers, use an essential oil diffuser, and even dim the lights for an added touch of relaxation.

▫️Read and Write
Read to learn new things, or just for a temporary escape. If you’re the type that wants to channel their written creativity, then let your thoughts free flow into a short story, poem, or even a song. Also try keeping a journal by your bed to write out your brilliant ideas, dreams, and emotions.

▫️Do an At-Home Facial
Try doing a sheet mask, or mud mask, which will not only help, improve your skin, but also help you relax. You can even quickly make your own soothing mask by mixing up honey, oats and whole milk. Facials are a personal favorite way to take care of skin while drinking a cup of matcha tea and scrolling through social media feeds.

What you put in your body often determines how you are going to feel throughout the day and how your body and mind handle certain situations. Start researching foods and find some that you love! 7 SINGS YOU ARE SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED WITH SOMEONE

✔️Your instincts work their best: You just know this person is right for you. There’s no reason for it. You simply know it and there’s no room for any doubt. When you are spiritually connected with someone, your instinct works well the most and you don’t have any logical reason to it.

✔️You feel extremely secured both emotionally and physically: When you are spiritually connected with someone, their presence calms you. All your anxiety, nervousness, fears go away in their presence. You feel safe when they are around.

✔️You feel liberated around them: You find a free flow of expressions whenever you are with them. There’s no restlessness in you; nothing holds you back. There’s an immense sense of liberation within you.

✔️You feel you have known them since ages even if you have met recently: Their presence strikes a chord in you. It occurs to you that you have known them since your birth and it’s quite unbelievable for you that the two of you have met recently. There’s some sort of familiarity in them which drags you closer to the person you are spiritually connected with.

✔️You trust them blindly. You just know that they are the one you should be trusting. If you can’t trust them, you can’t trust nobody else.

✔️You communicate in silence: Silence is one of the ways the two of you communicate. When you are with someone you are spiritually connected with, you don’t need to express your joy or anxiety or fear. They simply know it. They understand your moods and reciprocate.

✔️You have deep conversations with them: Conversations with them are never shallow. You always explore your inner self when you are with them. When you are spiritually connected with someone, you have deep conversations, each one of which end in an increase in your knowledge of yourself and the world around.

We meet a large number of people in our lifetime, each one unique in their own ways. However, there are only a few we connect to. Some are ones we develop a spiritual connection with and these last for eternity.

HOW DO I KNOW I AM MEDITATING RIGHT?

Meditation is anything but difficult to the point, that it’s hard.
