A little progress update on the basement! Itโs a frame for the bathroom and a proper closet up to code for the city of chicago peeps๐ Next is the finished product of bathroom and the mirrors.

Starting April 2nd we will be spring-int into fitness. Our magical chalkboard will now tell you what you need for class, your specific warms up,and what we are doing in class. Each person participating in our group fitness classes will have a brief movement screen which will help us customize your workout in a group setting. Our group reformer classes will be able to host 4 in a group. We will also be welcoming Arthur, a long time friend and amazing Pilates instructor, personal trainer & licenses Massage therapist on Wednesday & Thursday evenings. More announcements on their way!
