The Summer Solstice marks the peak of solar energy—the height of the sun’s light, warmth, and vitality. In yogic and energetic traditions, this is often associated with yang energy: the energy of action, expansion, growth, creativity, and expression.

Just as nature is in full bloom, we are invited to reflect on what is blossoming within us.

While the solstice represents the pinnacle of outward energy, it is also a moment of pause. A sacred threshold. A chance to honor how far we’ve come before the days slowly begin to shorten once again.
