Next Level has partnered with Rawlings Tigers to bring you a winter pitchers and catchers camp! We are holding 4 days of clinics from Thanksgiving to Christmas to bring your softball players to the

This camp is for specific age groups, 12u, 14u, and 16u. As of now, we have number caps of 25 girls per age group, so make sure to sign up before spots fill!

Day 3 - older girls - is done!

Wow. These girls were absolutely amazing! The amount of work, sweat, tears, and GRIT these girls put in to get to the was inspiring. For the final day, the older group got to take what they learned and scrimmage!

Coach Audrey took one team, Coach Kait took the other, and Coach Hanna lived out her dream of becoming an umpire! Both teams did an awesome job working with each other and using the skills they worked hard on all week. All pitchers also had an extra challenge: throwing farther than they were used to. We had pitchers normally throwing from 40’ try from 43’ to help them with their transition from 12u to 14u. And they did awesome!! Plays were made, bases were stolen, and runs were scored. Overall, both games played great… but there had to be a winner and it was Coach Kait’s team, aka “The Dentists”!

Day 3 - younger group - is done!

Thank you everyone for an another amazing camp year! I’ll be posting a few more things soon to recap but I needed a few days to really think about the right words about this year.

On day three, the littles split infield and outfield, then pitching and catching. We worked on and developed more of what we started working on on Monday, then brought it into Wednesday. After camp ended, Coach Audrey announced some awards for a few of the girls that Voach Kait had made. The award winners and special shout outs (if I forgot one let me know!) are below. Thank you again for an amazing year!

DAY TWO ✅

Day two was another success! Today we worked on fielding and hitting in stations with all of the coaching staff. Girls were put into groups randomly, and from what we saw and heard, hopefully the girls walked away from today with some new skills, and friends. Here’s an overview of each group for both ages:
Coach Hanna in the outfield:
- younger girls worked on safety stops, catching pop ups, and throwing the ball
- older girls worked on drop steps, tracking, and lateral movements in the outfield

Coach Haley/Morgan in the infield
- Coach Haley worked with the younger kids on a pre pitch routine as well as the “down and ready” position. Then she took this and worked on ground balls
- Coach Morgan worked with the older group on ground balls and defensive situations

Coach Morgan/Haley/Kait
- the younger girls worked with Coach Morgan on stances and tee work
- Coach Haley worked on identifying weaknesses with the older girls as well as taught some drills (with Coach Audrey’s assistance) to help with whatever the girls needed
- Coach Kait worked with the older girls on bunting

Today was another awesome day of working towards the ! Can’t believe tomorrow is our last day of camp! Stay tuned for tomorrow where our older group is going to get to SCRIMMAGE in the second half of camp to show off their new skills from this week

Meet the Coach!

This is Kait Daly (left in pic two). Kait is one of Coach Audrey’s kids that she’s coached at Dunham the past few years. She is a Utility/Pitcher and an amazing athlete. The plays we’ve seen this kid make this past season has been unbelievable!
Kait is a student athlete at Resurrection, where she is entering her junior year. She’s a Dunham veteran, playing at the park since she was four years old! Currently, you will find her playing for Park Ridge Pistols 16u. In her free time, she is with her friends or reminiscing on Dunham Summer Camp, where she was a counselor this past summer for 10-12 year old girls. Kait is a smart fielder, amazing athlete, and an overall great young woman who will help us take your kids to the with smiles on everyone’s faces!

Day One is complete!

Thank you to all parents and adults in charge of these kids. This was the most smooth check in class I have ever experienced! Everyone had waivers and payments ready for me and it was amazing!

On day one, we split into pitchers and catchers and worked on a lot in our short time. Coach Haley and Coach Audrey worked with catchers on framing, correct stances, throws, and even some blocking drills! Coach Morgan and Coach Hanna worked on c-grips, flips, pitching progression, and full pitches! In the older group they worked on all of this, plus off speed pitches. On day two, we will be doing hitting and fielding in stations with all of our coaches, plus the last addition to our staff for this season! We are looking forward to the next two days, but sad that it’s already going by so quickly!

Some fun facts and highlights for this year’s camp:
• this is the first year of our expanding coaching staff
• we have girls from 5 different travel teams
• we had over 50 girls sign up this year - the most EVER!
• we had the largest pitching class of all time (32 girls!)

Meet the Coach(es)!

Meet Haley (left) and Morgan (right) Eccarius, two sisters who grew up playing at Dunham Park. Both are now student-athletes at Taft where they play multiple sports including flag football and, obviously, softball.

These girls are great kids who we have known for a long time at Next Level. Fun fact: Haley was Coach Audrey’s first paid catching lessons six years ago! How time flies! Morgan is a pitcher who has one of the nastiest changeups that we’ve ever seen. Both girls played last season at Windy City in Rosemont for the 16u team. We are excited to bring them onto our staff and know that they will help us get your softball players to the

We have two age groups this year: 7-10 and 11-13. If your daughter is on the cusp of either group and you think she would do better in the younger/older group instead of her own, feel free to sign her up for that one and just make a note!

Every day of camp will work on something different, whether it be fielding, catching/pitching, hitting, or learning mental toughness. Even if your daughter isn’t a pitcher or catcher, she will have a lot to do in this year’s style of camp. We have expanded our coaching staff (introductions coming soon!) and are ready to help bring your daughters to the

Meet the Coach!

This is Coach Hanna. She is an amazing teammate and friend who we know will help anyone they work with get to the ! We all know Coach Hanna, but let’s learn some more!

Coach Hanna is a pitcher and outfielder for Dominican University. She is about to enter her last year of college softball 😞 Over the summer, she plays for an adult league out of Elk Grove and works with Special Needs kids at a school. She is majoring in Special Needs Education and will be a Special Ed teacher in the 25-26 school year! She grew up playing at Dunham Park, then went to Taft High School and started playing for Rage Travel Softball. Hanna loves pigs and the color pink! She also loves Starbucks and going to the gym!

Meet the Coach!

This is Coach Audrey! She currently goes to Arizona State University to finish out her degree in English. She hung up her cleats this past year after playing at Rockford and Dominican Universities. She is a lifelong catcher, but also has played multiple different positions such as the corners and outfield. She has been coaching for five years and been playing softball for 11. This summer, you can find her playing in an adult league with Coach Hanna!

In addition to softball, Audrey also works at Starbucks and in her free time loves to paint, go to the gym, and play Minecraft with her fiance!

Audrey WILL be doing private lessons through fall and possibly winter as well. Be sure to reach out if you are interested!
