2025 truly was the best year of my life, and one of the hardest
I learned a lot, I grew a lot, i enjoyed every part of life I could, I got freaking engaged in Italy to my best friendš„¹
I also struggled and left myself feeling burnt out in the end
I donāt have any 2026 resolutions - besides continuing to build the version of myself that always does whatās best for me and those in my corner
not sacrificing myself to please others
more growth, more boundaries, more intentions
excited to see whatās to comeāØ

I used to let the holidays completelyyyy derail me
one skipped workout turned into a week or two off
one big meal turned into a week of overeating
Iād tell myself it didnāt matter because āitās the holidaysā and āIāll get back on track in Januaryā
Iām not saying I needed to be perfect - but I didnāt need to throw everything I normally do to the side just for a few days
I just aim to be intentional
before the festivities begin, I focus on the basics -

šfiber
š¦water
šļøāāļømovement
I enjoy the foods
I say yes to the drinks, the parties, the memories
I donāt let myself feel guilty for it - but I also donāt let a few days spiral into a few weeks of excuses anymore
you CAN enjoy the holidays and still honor your goals
it just takes a little bit of planningā¦and a lot less pressure on yourselfāØ

itās okay if your version of showing up right now is a little bit slower & simpler
lately, my body has just been asking for something different
slower mornings, more rest, gentler movement
more listening - less pushing
my energyās been low, sleeps been off, recovery slower, and stress - higherš«
So instead of forcing myself to stick with what worked before - Iām doing what I can to support my body, not fight it

moving daily - even if itās lighter
ā
getting labs done to get answers
ā
trying new things to manage my stress
ā
giving myself grace that this slower season has a purpose
things might feel & look different right now, but it doesnāt mean Iām not supporting my body - Iām adapting to the season Iām in nowāØ

seeing my clients not only look better, but feel better in ways they didnāt think were possible, still make me so dang happy
⨠Off GERD medication after years
⨠8 weeks in ā half their hormonal symptoms disappeared
⨠11 months in a row without period cramps
⨠Learning how to fuel her body properly ā eating more & feeling stronger, more energized, leanerā¦the list continues
⨠sleeping through the night for the first time since they can remember
This isnāt just about macros or workouts.
Itās about healing, self-reflection, and building a healthy lifestyle that supports you day after day.
When you invest in your health, youāre investing in your future.
Material things can add to your life ā but your health determines the quality of it.
And thatās something you only get one shot to protect. š¤
