Weāre excited to introduce Coach Nick, a dedicated fitness professional with a B.S. in Human Physiology and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Nick is also an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others reach their full potential.
Having excelled in sports like baseball, basketball, football, and now discovering a love for volleyball and discus, Nick knows what it takes to succeed both on and off the field. With hands-on experience at the Iowa City Senior Center, heās helped a wide range of individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.
