It's that magical time of year, our sic collab with the Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout release and the sauce we get to make with it. This year we got a hold of the Backyard Rye Variant packed with wild Chicago mulberries.

Running with that city foraged vibe we went with fresh wild foraged Paw Paws, volunteer Rogers Park pears, and rounded it out with wild fermented Midbest Serrano chilis. It's a tropical punch of flavor get it exclusively tomorrow at the Propday Release (if you got a ticket), or keep a look out for it at our shop and shipping in our Frequent Fire Club.
