India. Dubai. London. Chicago. San Francisco. Chicago again.
And in a couple of days… we finally move into a home that is ours after years of renting in Chicago.
I’ve been packing and unpacking since I was 10 months old.
That’s this week’s blog piece.
A week before our move.
Just days before Peru.
My back gave out completely.
ER visit.
A week flat in bed.
Unable to lift a box.
Unable to push through.
Unable to control a single thing.
And lying there in the stillness, something became very clear to me.
This wasn’t bad timing.
My body was interrupting a pattern I had lived my entire life.
The woman who adapts quickly.
Who holds everything together.
Who carries the weight without asking for help.
Who mistakes capability for strength.
I have lived that woman across continents, grief, motherhood, loss, healing, and reinvention.
She got me here.
And she is tired.
This move brought my body into the conversation.
Not just physically.
Emotionally.
Spiritually.
Somatically.
For the first time, I could see how deeply I had confused carrying everything alone with strength.
And maybe that’s the deeper truth underneath embodiment too.
Not learning how to carry more.
Finally allowing yourself to be held too.
The body isn’t failing you.
It’s asking to be part of the story too.
Rooting in Chicago.
Heart wide open.
Back healing.
Peru in days.
Here we go. 🤍

You don’t always run from what you want.
Sometimes you stay close to it. You think about it, plan it, talk about it like it’s right there… and from the outside, it can look like you’re moving.
But you’re not really in it.
You’re hovering.
And hovering feels like movement… until you realise nothing is actually at stake.
Avoidance doesn’t always look like fear. Most of the time, it looks like responsibility. Like patience. Like being “the strong one.”
And if you’re honest, there are places where you’ve been slowly disappearing from your own life. Not all at once. Just enough to stay needed. And not fully seen.
The harder truth?
The people who benefit from your over-giving don’t always want you to change. That’s how it keeps repeating.
If something keeps coming back to you… there’s a reason.
And I’ve opened a few 75-minute sessions called ‘Seen & Held’ for the woman ready to stop circling the same pattern.
You’ll know if it’s time.

This is for the woman who’s ready to come back to herself.
You keep telling yourself you’re stuck. That you need more clarity, more time, more certainty before you move.
But if you slow down, you already know what this is.
You’re not stuck. You’re avoiding the very thing that would change everything.
Sometimes it looks like thinking. Planning. Circling. Staying close enough to feel the truth, but far enough to stay in control.
Avoidance doesn’t always feel like resistance. Sometimes it feels like responsibility.
I’ve seen this in myself too.
Still softening.
Still holding back.
Still not fully choosing myself.
Not because I didn’t know what I wanted. Because some part of me didn’t feel safe to move.
But staying here doesn’t protect you anymore. It keeps you in a life that almost changes.
Stop calling it waiting.
It’s avoidance.
The blog goes deeper.

There comes a point where pushing harder stops working. You’ve tried to think your way through it. Held it together. Carried more than you should have had to.
And something in you knows… this isn’t sustainable anymore.
Not because you’re failing.
Because your body is done living in survival.
The women I work with aren’t beginners. They’re self-aware. Capable.
The ones everyone else leans on. And still… they feel the weight.
Patterns that repeat.
Tension that doesn’t leave.
A knowing that something deeper needs to shift.
This is the work.
Healing the parts of you that learned to overhold.
Softening your nervous system back into safety.
Unwinding patterns shaped in childhood, lineage, and relationships.
Learning to choose from truth, not survival.
Helping your system come back into safety so change can actually hold. So you can move differently. Stop overthinking.
Trust yourself again. Feel steady in your body. And respond to life. Instead of reacting to it.
There isn’t one path.
Only the one that meets you exactly where you are.
If something in you is ready… message me. We’ll find your way in.
Your life doesn’t change when you try harder.
It changes when your body finally feels safe enough to be who you actually are.

My body remembered the prayer.
When I ਹਿੱਲ, I heal.
I’ve moved my body in many ways. Walking. Hiking. Running.
High-intensity workouts. Yoga.
All of it supported me.
But this is different.
Music I feel.
Sound that moves through me.
My body responding instead of controlling.
It takes me back to being a young girl.
Bollywood loud. Bhangra in my body.
Dancing without thinking.
No performance. No self-consciousness.
Just joy.
Somewhere along the way, that got replaced with holding everything together.
Now I’m returning to it.
Not to perform.
Not to get it right.
To release.
Some things don’t need more understanding. They need movement. And when I let that happen, something softens without effort.
I’m bringing this into my somatic breathwork journeys.
Breath opens the body.
Movement completes it.
Here, you don’t have to hold it all together.
Let your body show you what’s ready to move.
Come breathe with me.
Dance with me.

This testimonial is from a woman who walked into a Divine Healing session at a quiet breaking point.
On the outside: successful.
On the inside: fragmented.
Her career had taken everything. Her relationships were suffering. She felt anxious, disconnected, like she was watching her life instead of living it.
She wasn’t dramatic. She was exhausted.
Divine Healing is multidimensional clearing at the level of the body, subconscious and ancestral field.
We clear inherited patterns and fear coding, so the system reorganizes around truth instead of survival.
But the real turning point wasn’t the modality.
It was her decision to trust herself.
In one session, her mind slowed. Her body softened. Her heart opened. Her words, not mine.
This is quantum recalibration. Not mindset work. Not talk therapy. The body stops carrying what was never hers.
She left feeling joy she hadn’t felt in years.
Not because I “gave” her joy. Because we cleared what was in the way.
You are not broken. You are overextended.
And your body is asking for a different level of support.
Divine Healing is for women ready to stop managing and start clearing at the root.
