We’ve added a new class boxing class to the schedule!
For all our lunch time attendees - come check out Coach PJ’s class at noon (12pm) on Wednesdays starting tomorrow!
His class will focus on mitt work and - in the words of Coach himself - “perfecting your flow.” Attendees can expect some conditioning as well.
Members with the Core Plus membership can drop-in to this and any class! Any other members or interested prospects, please email [email protected] to sign-up or check out a trial class.

ATTENTION: we have added a Sunday class! So now you can get a Coach-led workout 7 days a week 😎
New to the schedule is a “Strength for Boxing” class at 11AM on Sundays.
Come join Coach Jackie in a full-body strength workout that focuses on movement patterns essential in boxing (hint: a lot of rotational movements + unilateral lower body exercises).
This is an amazing add to your boxing program for POWER & STRENGTH behind your punches and mMembers with the Core Plus membership can just show up for class! Anyone else wanting to try out a class, can email [email protected].

Reach community - to celebrate Coach Luis’ birthday, we will be having a watch party for the Spence vs Crawford fight tonight from 6p-midnight! Members + friends/family of Luis will be in attendance with food and drinks.
Therefore - the first floor will be unavailable for training at this time! If you plan to workout during this time, please utilize the basement and be mindful of your noise.
If you can’t make it, be sure to wish Coach Luis a happy birthday in the comments!
