I’m very happy with the rapid progress our middle school athletes are making (age 12-14). It’s great to see them be consistent and so committed to hitting their goals!!
It is during the middle school years that athletes are primed to learn and develop a large amount of ability and skill. They are capable of making huge gains in a wide range of abilities such as coordination, power, speed, strength, & endurance. This not only leads to immediate success in their sport, but also sets them up for long term success as well. We structure all of our athletes programming around this concept!

SPOTS ARE FILLING UP FAST!
The EPTC Youth Development Program focuses on developing reactivity, speed, power, relative body strength, injury prevention, and a winning mindset! Development of these traits at a young age will set your young athlete up for continued success down the road.
The program is designed for young athletes age 7-11 years old. The sessions will be an hour in length, and will be held Monday-Thursday from 7:00-8:00 pm at our facility in Lake Geneva. Athletes can come in 2x's per week (Monday or Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday).
Classes start Monday February 10th, and are filling up fast 💨. E-mail [email protected] to sign up ASAP so your young athlete doesn't miss out!

INTRODUCING the EPTC Youth Development Program! This program designed for 7-11 year old athletes, utilizes modern research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve their self-confidence. Our proven methods are taught in a fun environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and gives it their all. Athletes will learn how to work hard and leave each session feeling accomplished both physically and mentally!

8th grade Multi-sport athlete hits a heavy set of 2 at 300 lbs with the Hex Bar. Landon weighs about 120 lbs so he’s creeping up on the 3x bodyweight #. What’s even more impressive is this was done after speed training and Back squats 😤
