Ek Ong Kar is a sacred mantra that expresses the truth that there is One Universal Creative Force moving through all existence.
One Creator. One vibration. One consciousness present in all things.
This mantra reminds us that separation is an illusion. The same force that moves the stars, the oceans, and the breath within you is the same divine energy flowing through all life.
When we chant Ek Ong Kar, we tune ourselves to unity, truth, and remembrance. We return to the awareness that we are not disconnected from the Universe — we are part of it.
Explore the effects of Kundalini Yoga through mantra, movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound. All levels are welcomed to all our offerings because these teachings are designed to meet you where you are.

Before the world asks anything of you, there is a quiet hour where the mind is clear, the nervous system is calm, and the spirit can be heard.
🌅 Amrit Vela — the ambrosial hours before sunrise — is a time to meditate, move energy, pray, chant, and reconnect to yourself before the noise of the day begins.
Wake early. Drink water. Ishnaan. Sit in stillness. Watch what changes.
There is wisdom available in the morning that cannot be found anywhere else.

You're invited to an evening of mantra, music, and devotional joy as we gather in community for Kirtan with Govind Das!
Through sacred chanting, rhythm, and song, we open the heart, quiet the mind, and reconnect to something deeper within ourselves.
Kirtan with Govind Das ✨
Sunday, May 17th • 7–9 PM
Kirtan is more than music - it is meditation in motion. The repetition of mantra can help release stress, elevate mood, regulate the nervous system, and create a profound sense of connection and inner peace.
✨️No experience is needed - just bring your voice, your presence, and your willingness to be carried by the sound.
There is something deeply healing about singing together. The joy, the devotion, the vibration of the mantras… it becomes a shared experience of upliftment and love.
Come chant, breathe, laugh, dance, and celebrate the spirit together. 💛
Ta**us ♉️ teaches us that healing does not have to be rushed.
There is medicine in slowness.
There is power in receiving. 💆♂️
Come lay down what no longer needs to be carried.
Come recalibrate your inner rhythm.
Come plant new intentions in fertile ground.
Soak in the sound, bowls on body and reiki. Due to the nature of individual care we are limited to 25. Register today if you want in. 🤍
✨ Space is limited
✨ Please arrive early to settle into the space
**usNewMoon
The sound just hits.
Not only your ears — your chest, your jaw, your belly, the places holding too much.
Resonance of Renewal is a New Moon in Ta**us sound immersion where Tibetan bowls are played directly on the body, sending vibration deep into the muscles, fascia, and nervous system. Layered with gongs and immersive sound, this experience invites release, grounding, and deep rest.
The Ta**us New Moon reminds us to slow down, return to the body, and rebuild from a steadier place. ♉️Ta**us governs the senses, stability, nourishment, and the ability to feel safe enough to soften. Combined with sound therapy, this evening supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, better sleep, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of connection within yourself.
As you rest in that deeply relaxed state, you’ll also receive generous doses of Reiki ✨️throughout the experience — offering subtle energetic support, balance, and restoration.
If you’ve never experienced sound therapy before, this is for you. Come lie down, soften, and let the resonance move through you.
Bring blankets, pillows, and anything that helps you feel held.
Space lovingly held by Karampal amd Steph and our reiki team.
Cozy up with a cup of YOGI TEA ☕️
A simple ritual. Steady, grounding, and part of the practice.
In Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Tea is traditionally served after class to help the body integrate and settle.
The blend:
• Ginger – supports digestion + warms the body
• Cinnamon – helps regulate blood sugar + circulation
• Cardamom – eases the gut + lifts the mood
• Clove – supports the nervous system
• Black Pepper – improves absorption
Why we drink it:
• supports digestion after kriya
• brings the system back to balance
• warms and steadies the body- stoke the Agni - your digestive fire
• creates space to sit, connect, and be in sangat ♡
It’s simple. It works. It’s part of the rhythm.

If you are thinking about joining the 200 hour Blue Lotus Thai Massage training that starts in June, this would be a good opportunity to see what the buzz is all about and meet some past graduates of the program.
