IPC Week 3. This was unpleasant. I'm pretty sure last week was the running week. But now I'm thinking this week was the one. This was Walsh Park, 6:00pm every Monday. Come out for a free men's workout.

UPDATE: April 22nd we will be meeting at Humboldt Park for our 7 am workout and afterwards we will be volunteering to clean up the park in honor of Earth Day!
