COSMIC CONSCIOUSNESS is an evening of breathwork, sound + connection with Sam Bianchini.

We’ll begin with guided active breathwork, inviting you to explore at your own pace, before settling into an immersive sound journey in savasana. The evening closes with time to reflect, integrate + connect in community.

An invitation to turn inward, make room for what arises, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Chicago Marathon weekend, we love you. 🥹🏃‍♀️🤍

Whether you’re running 26.2, shaking out a few miles, cheering until you lose your voice, or simply soaking up one of our favorite weekends in the city, there are a few ways to spend it with TSB.

Start Saturday with our annual 5K Shakeout Run, led by TSB YTT alum Monica Allgaier, with ALIVE before + after if you want to make a morning of it.

On Sunday, we’re taking the day off from classes and taking it to the streets to cheer on the runners with the rest of our city!

And to everyone crossing that finish line: your next class is on us.
From October 11–18, email us a photo of your 2026 Chicago Marathon bib and we’ll gift you a class to support whatever comes next.

Babies can be babies here ♡

Introducing HAPPY BABY, our newest weekly offering for you + your little one.

Led by longtime TSB teacher + new mom Kim Burchell , HAPPY BABY is 60 minutes of gentle movement, good music, play + connection, with plenty of room for feeding, sleeping, crying, wiggling, or whatever else baby has on the agenda.

But HAPPY BABY isn’t only about moving together. It’s about being together. Meeting other parents + caregivers. Getting out of the house. Finding people who understand this particular season of life.

Part movement class. Part new-parent playdate.
Zero pressure to have it all together.

Truth: You don’t have to want to teach yoga.

Yes, YTT is great if you intend to teach, but it’s not the only reason people enroll. We’ve witnessed people join because they were looking for community. Because they were navigating change. Because they wanted to deepen their practice, reconnect with themselves, or simply say yes to something that felt meaningful.

Some of our graduates teach.

Some have started businesses.

Some have become stronger leaders, parents, creators, and friends.

Teaching is one path.
It’s just not the only one.
