Looking ahead - the Chicago Alumni Association values upholding Virginia Techâs Motto: âUt Prosim - That I May Serveâ in our community. As a group we will be participating in this yearâs Chicago River Day (May 11 - 9am) at Skokie Sculpture Park and VT after party at Temperence Beer Co.
This event requires pre-registration and is first come first serve, so please register as soon as possible AND let me know when youâve signed up. We will gather a running list of attendees and coordinate transportation!

On Saturday, April 13th at 12:45 p.m., meet the Chicago Hokies at Floydâs to take part in Virginia Techâs annual 3.2-mile Run in Remembrance to remember the vibrant lives of the 32 students and faculty who were tragically taken from us in 2007. We will meet at Floydâs, complete the walk on The 606 trail, then watch the Spring Game together at Floydâs.

For our holiday party this year please plan on meeting outside of the west entrance of Lincoln park zoo, then after enjoying the lights we will head over to R.J.
