Congrats to KP Online Coaching Member Gary Auten on his Napa Marathon Finish on Sunday, March 1st! Gary ran a great race & placed 4th in the Men’s 55-59 Age Group in 3:17:45! His goal was a sub 3:20 & with Coach Pete’s help he nailed it! Sub 3:15 is next!! Way to go Gary!!

Congratulations to KP Team Members Chen Gu & Mauro Ruffy on their finishes at the Chicago Marathon on Sunday! Chen ran to a new PR in 2:56:36! (Half Marathon split of 1:28:30). Awesome job finishing strong & solid pacing throughout! 🏃🏽‍♂️💨💨💨
Mauro ran a great race & finished strong in 3:40:30! (Half Marathon split of 1:47:14). Not a PR this time, but still a solid performance after a few nagging injuries to work through. Mauro has now run New York, Boston & Chicago of the World Major Marathons!! Maybe Berlin in 2026?? We’ll see!!

Congratulations to KP Team Member Chen Gu on his amazing performance at today’s Santa Rosa Marathon!! He ran a perfectly paced race to set a new PR & a Boston Marathon Qualifying Time of 2:59:01!! Sub 3:00 was the goal & he did it!! Chen trains with Coach Pete & his Online Coaching. He has worked hard the past 5 months getting ready for this race & trained hard & followed the training plan, then executed the race plan to perfection!!

Boom!! So fun watching run tonight at Stanford!! She ran a great race, placing 5th in the Championship Heat & setting a new SDSU Senior School Record in 4:15.99!! Great start to the Outdoor Season!! Way to go Jess!!
