I was amazed at how many people do not know how to make hard boil eggs. Classic Stovetop Hard-Boiled Eggs
1. Place eggs in a pot
Single layer. Donβt stack.
2. Cover with cold water
About 1 inch above the eggs.
3. Bring to a rolling boil
High heat, uncovered.
4. Turn off heat & cover
As soon as it boils, cover the pot and remove from heat.
5. Sit and cook
β’ 10 minutes β fully set yolk, slightly creamy
β’ 11β12 minutes β fully firm yolk (true hard-boiled)
6. Ice bath
Transfer eggs to ice water for 5 minutes (stops cooking + easier peeling).
7. Peel or store
β’ Peel from the wide end (air pocket = easier start)
β’ Store unpeeled in the fridge up to 7 days

β’ Add a splash of vinegar or salt to water β helps if shells crack
β’ Older eggs peel easier than super fresh ones
β’ Roll the egg gently on the counter to crack, then peel under running water

Iβm rolling out a beta version of a new structured coaching experience and inviting a small group (3β5 people) to take part.
This beta focuses on building consistency through a clear plan and accountability, delivered through an app-based platform. Participants should be comfortable using a mobile app for workouts, communication, and check-ins.
The beta will run for 4β6 weeks and is offered at little to no cost in exchange for honest feedback and a short testimonial.

Which one works for you? Yaβll know the gyms are going to be like mad-crazy come the week of Jan 5th or by the following week at the least. I will send the next 4-weeks doing a home workout. Bodyweight, adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands, it gets the job done with some eating moderation.
