Reminder, Europa preseason tournament is tomorrow at Soccer City in Palatine.

Last night Wings pride was in full force at the Illinois State Soccer Association Hall of Fame induction banquet. Wings members Orest Haliw, Yaro Dachniwsky, Gene Andrus and Tommy Isirov were all honored and inducted in the class of 2024. A great night was celebrated by many Wings members who were in attendance. The Wings proudly congratulate all our inductees.

The Wings are proud to Congratulate the 2025 distinguished class of Illinois State Soccer Association Hall of Fame inductees. Five people from this years class have previously played for the Wings. Richard Orest Haliw, Gene Andrews, Yaro Dachniwsky, Tommy Isirov and Kurt Melcher have all worn a Wings jersey at some point in their soccer careers.

Come out to the Wings S.C. Family Day this Sunday at 11 AM! The men’s team plays against United SC in their final league game of the season. Afterwards, we’ll head over to Chicago CYM (2457 W Chicago Ave) to hang out and enjoy each other’s company!

The over 70 year rivalry continued with an exciting match up at Selfreliance Field in Round Lake where the Wings and Lions played to a 2 - 2 tie. Both teams thank our sponsor, Self-Reliance Federal Credit Union for their unwavering support.

In honor of Ukrainian Independence Day, the Wings stormed to a 4-0 win over 3rd place Chicago House yesterday! The dominant display had excellent performances on both ends of the pitch, with goals from Mike Alpogianis, Matej Wruskyj, Bryan Windsor, and Effy Restrepo and a clean sheet from the goalkeeping duo of Alex Budnik and Oli Holowinski. Mark your calendars for the next league game against first place Lions on September 7 in a clash of Chicagoland Ukrainian soccer titans!
