Liz C***r is a Pilates instructor in the Lincoln Park area. She runs both small group and Private le I found Pilates while nursing a running injury 15 years ago.

As a graduate from Michigan State University with a B.S in Kinesiology I have always enjoyed health and fitness. I quickly found Pilates to be a form of fitness that takes on a rehabilitative quality, while still very much challenging other aspects of the body.
