Maple Tree Pilates Liz C***r is a Pilates instructor in the Lincoln Park area. She runs both small group and Private le I found Pilates while nursing a running injury 15 years ago.

As a graduate from Michigan State University with a B.S in Kinesiology I have always enjoyed health and fitness. I quickly found Pilates to be a form of fitness that takes on a rehabilitative quality, while still very much challenging other aspects of the body. I believe especially as I age how Pilates is essential to the longevity of living a quality life. I also believe in being a patient teacher who truly desires the student to not only learn but to take on Pilates as a daily practice. My original training is through the STOTT Pilates method, which I completed the full certification with all equipment in 2003. I have since experienced training through the classical method as well as learning from Physical Therapist in the area to broaden my training,
