So honored to be one of 3 gyms at the first CTBA Muay Thai Smoker. It was run so smoothly and really a great way to learn and test skill without having to drive out to the burbs.

Really proud of this team.
Not only those that medaled
Not only those that competed
Not only those that attended
Not only those that coached

But of the entire team. Grappling is an individual sport, but takes an entire team. It was so gratifying to see people who I used to coach, sitting in the chair and coaching the new generation. The cycle repeats and we get better as a team.
