Michael Castellano (he/him) is an NSCA-certified personal trainer and NASM-certified sports nutrition coach with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, combining a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of performance.
Michael’s approach to fitness is rooted in the belief that the human body is designed to be strong and resilient. When its systems fall out of balance—whether structurally, nutritionally, or psychologically—dysfunction and pain can arise. His training philosophy centers on identifying and addressing the root cause to restore balance and optimize performance.
To Michael, exercise and strength should feel empowering. Helping clients move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence is what drives his passion for health and wellness.

Taylor Flory (she/her) is passionate about helping clients meet their unique goals through education, encouragement, support, and collaboration. They enjoy working with people of all levels of experience and ability, but have a particular interest in supporting those who have historically felt intimidated by the gym or excluded from traditional fitness spaces.
Taylor's goal is to help clients feel comfortable and discover enjoyable ways to move their bodies—without any focus on diet or weight. Their approach is always 100% q***r- and trans-affirming.

As someone who has experienced gender and body dysmorphia, Kasper approaches fitness as something far deeper than just building strength or improving physical performance.
Kasper believes that while consistent exercise can help address many of the chronic pains and health issues faced by the general population, for trans and q***r individuals, fitness can also be a powerful tool for building a body that truly feels like home.
Kasper works with q***r, trans, and gender non-conforming clients to provide gender-affirming body recomposition training, as well as support for pre- and post-operative preparation and recovery related to gender-affirming surgeries. They dedicate their personal research to trans-specific fitness and have collaborated with multiple board-certified surgeons to develop and refine training strategies tailored to these procedures.
