Acknowledge how u feel speak your truth and flow as u see fit for you. Mostly it’s never dealing with what’s outside of you but what’s within so you no longer have the emotional responses to the things that happen outside of you. Lead your moments and situations with gratitude love and light and keep it moving. Today I’m grateful for the love compassion and support that is within and surrounds me and for the constant lessons and experiences along my journey. Thankful for understanding the power in letting go and without looking back moving forward knowing and feeling what I need and want! is always on point with the underlining issue in our city! Early last week I had the same conversation with an elder lady I met on bus. If our eyes are closed to one side of the issue then we really don’t see anything at all! It’s a choice to see all the plaguing issues in Chicago in this country in your life However when you make the choice to see it all you then can make the conscious choice to be apart of something that aligns with making the neccessary changes needed! If we really ride hard for our people our community let’s make a valiant effort to cut these sicknesses off at the head and stop giving remedies to them. Take steps to see how U can do more to impact the surroundings u want yo existence in.
