Welcome REPS newest yoga teacher…
Jaime has been practicing yoga since high school, first discovering the practice after being diagnosed with scoliosis and learning how deeply beneficial yoga could be for healing and overall well-being. She believes yoga is one of the most powerful medicines for the mind, body, and soul, and is passionate about helping students find balance, confidence, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.
She completed her 200-hour RYT training with Inner Vision Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona. Now based in Chicago, Illinois, Jaime is committed to lifelong learning and continues to grow as both a student and a teacher.
Jaime specializes in restorative and yin-style classes that incorporate sound meditation, creating a deeply calming and immersive experience. Her classes invite students to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves, leaving each practice feeling grounded, supported, and restored.
Jaime will be teaching a Restore and Sound meditation yoga class on Tuesdays at 6pm.
This deeply nourishing class is designed to support rest, release, and nervous system regulation. Through long-held restorative and yin-style postures, students are guided into a state of deep relaxation while being immersed in sound meditation. The use of sound healing instruments helps calm the mind, soften the body, and create space for emotional and energetic release. This practice is slow, grounding, and accessible to all levels, making it ideal for anyone seeking balance, stress relief, or a moment to reconnect inward. Students can expect to leave feeling restored, centered, and deeply supported.
Join Jaime on Tuesday nights! See ya then! 🪷

✨Have you been coming to the gym (or skipping the gym)…but your numbers haven’t moved much lately?
✨Same weights.
✨Same reps.
✨Same “I’ll figure it out when I get here” plan.
That’s not a motivation problem. That’s a structure problem.
Most people don’t need more effort. They need a plan and someone paying attention.
That’s exactly why we built Small Group Personal Training. It’s not a class. It’s coached training in a small group, with progression baked in.
✨50% off for early sign-ups during the first 2 weeks (normally $300, so $150 savings).
February will be $150 if you sign up during the January launch.
Let’s have fun in 2026! With results! Fitness and fun! Yes!!
