BOXING ZONE!
Come join Matt Hill on Sunday, August 20th at 10am for his popular boxing class. Matt has trained and fought in amateur boxing and kickboxing tournaments. He began training and competing in Brazilian jiu jitsu in 2010 and holds the rank of black belt.
This class is for all levels and starts with technique and basic shadow boxing. You will learn footwork and boxing sequences paired with lower level mitt work (punching a soft mitt to understand control and power).
