CITY head back to Ireland this summer 🇺🇸✈️ 🇮🇪

After the 2011 Boys represented CITY with class and competitiveness both on and off the field, we are proud to announce that Chicago City has been invited back to the **Super Cup Northern Ireland** — this time with **four teams**.

This is more than a tournament. It’s a global platform that brings together some of the top European academies in the world for a week of elite competition and a cultural experience unlike any other.

Last year, our players competed against professional academies including **Celtic FC, Plymouth Argyle, Crewe Alexandra, and Bohemians FC** — testing themselves on an international stage against full-time environments.

From the iconic parade through the streets of Coleraine — lined with supporters — to entering the stadium recognized as one of the competing clubs, the stage is unforgettable.

Over seven days, our players compete in five top-level matches on outstanding pitches, with high-caliber referees and an atmosphere that both challenges and inspires — all televised live. Our boys even made the local newspaper last year.

It’s a soccer journey like no other — and one that continues to open doors for players in Chicago.

As we prepare, we are currently looking to fill select positions across our age groups — with a strong emphasis on the girls side. This opportunity is for high-level players competing in strong local and regional leagues who are ready for an international stage.

Our recent College ID Showcase brought together driven players and college coaches for a day built around exposure, competition, and next steps. The standard was high, the intent was clear, and the performances reflected the work being done every day at CITY.

A sincere thank you to the college coaches who took the time to attend and evaluate our players — your presence continues to make these platforms meaningful.

Big energy this week as we brought together all of our Girls Academy players 2016-2007 from across every partner club and location to kick off preparation for the Spring DPL season

When we unite our player pool, the level rises. The intensity sharpens. The standard elevates.

But this is about more than just spring.

We’re building depth for summer and fall as well — creating stronger internal competition, expanding opportunities, and continuing to raise the bar across the entire Girls Academy platform.

And this summer, we go international 🇮🇪


We are currently looking to add top-level 2013, 2012, and 2010 girls for our International Tournament invites in Ireland. If you are a high-level player looking for a serious development environment and global competition experience, we want to hear from you.
