If your workouts feel repetitive… you’re probably missing the pieces that actually build resilience.

Here are 5 things you need to add into your rotation:

1. Isometric squat holds
Not just sitting there—own the position. Build joint integrity, tendon strength, and control under tension.
2. Isometric squat variations
Split stance, heels elevated, offset loads—small changes, big demand. This is where strength becomes usable.
3. Spine strength
Your spine isn’t fragile—it’s meant to be strong. Train it through controlled flexion, extension, and rotation.
4. Spine health work
Mobility + stability together. If you only stretch or only lift, you’re leaving performance on the table.
5. Time under tension with intention
Slow it down. Feel positions. Control transitions. This is how you build strength that actually transfers.
